I'm currently listening to Bowling for Soup's "almost" a song not unlike many others that goes though a laundry list of regrets and missed opportunities. And as I'm listing i can help but feel better, not about anything in particular just better. The phenomenon is not something that's new to me nor is it something I believe to be exclusive to me. So I must posit the question why so we as humans have such a fascination with tragedy. The conclusion I have come to is human beings, on the whole, possess a great love of empathy. Ok I'm not sure what happened. I'm not sure if it's a Virus or some kind of promo type shit but my little icon dealie has a picture of Jacob from twilight that proclaims I am team Jacob and that real men don't sparkle. Although it is true real men don't sparkle it is all true that real men aren't hairless. One of the biggest things that pisses me off about our modern sense of what makes a man attractive is the fact that the modern man is supposed to be hairless. That statement of course puts aside the fact that an attractive male personality seems to be congruent with being a raging ass, a fact that the twilight series does an exceptional job

My first jaunt into actually using my cameras manual setting which basically meant I lowered the shutter speed to as fast a setting as I could force it to go. I have a shaky hand and a faster shutter speed vastly improves the crispness of my shots wile this produced some of my favorite pictures of mine it was  a day that annoyed the everliving out of me. Apparently my camera on manual has a unalterable function that AUTOMATICALLY adjusts for light, and this function is of the opinion that all I really want to take pictures of is total darkness.
